San Marcos IOS – Ph. 1

Providing the complete earthwork and aggregate base package for a new industrial outdoor storage development, taking the site from raw ground to paving-ready for (2) buildings across 10 acres. Scope includes clearing and grubbing, site demolition and removal of existing paving, topsoil handling, mass excavation and grading, subgrade scarify and moisture conditioning, and fine grading to ±0.10′, finished with flex base and filter fabric across the paving areas and lay-down yards. Also covers silt fence and SWPPP compliance, dewatering, and haul-off of surplus material.
